New York: Viking, 1958 Blue cloth and grey pictorially stamped in blue, minor shelf wear and bumping to corners (not affecting pages), damp stain to rear endpaper; color pictorial dust jacket with some waviness along bottom edge and damp stain along rear fold, foxing, small hole in front fold, light chipping to extremities, original price intact ($2.50). This book was made during a time when Du Bois was redoing his earlier work to take advantage of advancements in color printing. While the text of Otto at Sea remains untouched, the new artwork makes the book "quite different and more complex..." Bader page 182.. First Revised Edition. Pictorial Cloth.
