About This Item
London: George Allen & Unwin, 1926. 2nd Edition 3rd Printing. Hardcover. VG+ for age/Near fine for age. Black cloth with gilt sp. lettering, virtually pristine. 251 + (5, pub. notices and philosophy list); only significant flaw is tanning strips to outer sides of end-papers off-set from jacket wraparounds. Unclipped jacket (in protective sleeve as acquired) appears to be clean, with very slight hints of rubbing to top sp. and top outer corners, some edges seem to be slightly tanned. Scarce in this condition. 1926 is edition date (1st-1914, this revised and reset) so this 3rd printing may be a few years later (books in pub. notices all mid-1920s). 14.5 cm x 20.5 cm
