1938 hardcover with dust jacket published by Zondervan in clean condition. Light edge wear to jacket edges. Green cloth covered boards with gilt lettering in very good condition. No foxing. Original owner's name and date on first inside page. Text is totally readable and pages are white. There are some underlines and markings on edge of text from prior owner. Not ex-library. The book is a series of sermons answering to critics of Protestantism. It gives a background of the ideology and biography of Luther, Calvin, Knox, Zwingli, and more.
