Glover, Division Supervisor. Bibliography. Illustrated with graphs and charts. Index. Staplebound in tan, stiff, textured stock printed in black on front cover and spine. Supplement, 26 pp., is similar format, but with cover stock same as text block. Very slight age-toning to cover. The supplement, which corrects and amends the Bulletin, was published in 1956. Book and supplement now protected in an archival sleeve with backing.
