Spine is sunned, and bumped and rubbed at ends. A few small spots of damp staining and soiling to boards, bumping to edges and corners. Fore edge of text block is lightly foxed. Foxing to endpapers, but minimal foxing to the interior. Front hinge starting. A few pencil notations.This volume is designed to meet the wants of younger students and those who have not had long discipline in the studies of political economy, and aims to be a simplification of the subject matter.
