Heinemann, 1947. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1947. Reprint. 312 pages. Pictorial jacket over orange cloth. Contains colour illustrated frontispiece, with black and white illustrations throughout. Pages are lightly tanned, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with minor corner bumping and crushing to ends. Faint markings overall. Noticeable forward lean. Unclipped jacket. Light tanning and foxing to all surfaces. Panels and spine have moderate edgewear, with noticeable chipping, tearing and creasing, and slight loss to spine ends.
