(1st edition, 1st printing) Very large, very heavy book, quality black cloth, very bright gilt lettering on spine, a pattern of crowns and Latin phrase inside covers and adjacent end papers in blue, 407 heavy glossy pages, profusely illustrated with many color plates. DJ glossy black with color-illustrtation at center front, spine bottom and top back. DJ has light crease at top edges, microtear inside top back tip. Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
