San Francisco: American Trust Company, 1954. [72] pp. 35.5 x 28.5 cm. Spiral bound with glossy paper, housed in original decorative cardboard mailing carton. Carton is in very good condition; age toning and mild bumping to two-part carton. No cracks or breakage to plastic comb binding. Two small 10 mm stain marks on back cover along with a tiny pink smudge. Covers and interior otherwise in wonderful condition. Includes laid-in printed note from American Trust Company.. First Edition. Spiral Bound. Near Fine.
