London: Paul Elek Productions, 1968. First edition (hardback). Oblong folio (27cm by 39cm), 128pp. 16 colour plates, 144 b&w contemporary drawings, engravings and paintings. Original white cloth spine, green cloth boards, dustwrapper. The book is in very good condition; the dustwrapper is near-VG (short closed tear to one fold).
