Vol. I: Second Edition, First Printing. Dust jacket detached at front cover and front flap. Open tear to head of spine. Tape adhered to inside of front cover. Multiple stains to front cover. Dent to top edge of rear board.


Vol. II: First Edition, Second Printing. Tearing to dust jacket down side of spine. Tearing and scuffing to fore edges, chipping to edges, soiling to front and back covers.
