Copy #447 of 500 copies hand-numbered and signed by D.H. Lawrence. Near Fine with fairly minor browning and foxing to glassine wraps (much less than most copies), rear end leaf rippled. Lacking original slipcase. An attractive copy. The first printing of Lawrence' final poetry book to include the 14 poems excised from the Secker first edition, which was suppressed by Scotland Yard.
