Containing the bookplate of Leonard Harrison Matthews, a British zoologist known for his work on marine mammals. Externally generally smart, with some slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Spines are slightly cocked. Ownership bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, generally firmly bound, with some occasional straining throughout and to the hinges, which remain firm. Pages have the odd spot. Very Good
