London: J.M. Dent 1904. (Hardcover) 350pp. Good to very good, no dust jacket. Green cloth with beveled edges, richly decorated in gilt. Top edge gilt, color frontispiece with tissue guard , illustrations, maps, 49 color plates, index. Fading to the edges of the covers and the spine which has a 2" tear at the bottom, the endpapers are lightly spotted. Illustrations by Katherine Kimball & O.F.M. Ward. Locale: Paris--France.
