Privately Published, 1980. 181 pp, 9" H. Colour frontispiece, b&w photographs. Inscribed on front fee endpaper: "With many fond memories of luncheons at the Century and the treat of reading your books / Erdman". Personal reminiscences of Erdman Harris (of the Massey-Harris Harrises and the Shenstones on his mother's side), born in Toronto in 1898. Recounts his early days on Walmer Road in Toronto, his trip to the Delhi Durbar, boarding school life, time at Princeton University where he worked with F. Scott Fitzgerald on the Triangle Club show of 1916 (Safety First), further studies in Edinburgh, teaching in Cairo, marriage and family life, etc. Interior - clean and tight with no previous ownership marks. Exterior - minor edge wear, a few minor soiling marks and very faint liquid marks on rear cover.. Inscribed By Author. First Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good.
