Among others. Includes a Glossary of Big Town Hotel Slang, useful in telling a Mr. Highpockets from an appleknocker, a squirrel, or a pure Dick Tracy. Hardcover. 8vo. Oxblood cloth boards, stamped in gilt. Very mild shelfwear and bumping to corners. Light soil to top edge. SIGNED by the author and numbered 871 of an unspecified number of copies constituting the "Author's First Edition." Light toning and foxing to endpapers. Pages otherwise clean and unmarked. Very good plus. 372pp.
