Book: Very Good condition. Brown coated cloth covers have very minimal edge/corner wear. Spine has title in gold gilt. End papers have very light discoloration at spine from glue. Pages are clean. Binding is tight. Last page (Index) has a top corner fold.

Dust Jacket: Good condition. Color is good, but there is some edge/corner wear, especially at top with small chips and tears.Please use photos as part of the description.
