Signed by Author! (Putnam,1987) First Edition/First Printing/First Issue, Number-line to # 1. Signed, the author's name only, on the half-title page. The ¼ Gray cloth over Gray hardcovers of this book are Fine to Very Fine, with square, sharp corners. The Spine is Very Fine with complete bright gold lettering. The pages are very clean with no writing or folding. The Dust jacket is Fine, much nicer than usually seen, with price intact and covered in a new custom trimmed archival sleeve. INCLUDES the errata slip provided with this book as it is a First Issue, with FIRST STATE ERRORS on pages 218, 228 and 231 (these errors were corrected in later first printings, so only the TRUE first issues have them. It would be VERY difficult, if not impossible, to find this book's equal.
