Chapel Hill: University Of North Carolina Press, 1990. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/near fine. About As New in all respects, clean and unmarked. Professor Decredico teaches the History of the U.S. South, American Civil War at the US Naval Academy. The manuscript won a writing award from the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Among her other works is a brief biography of Mary B. Chesnut which was called: "A very good and much needed introduction to Mary Chesnut's life and writings." First printing, full number line.
