About This Item

Portland: Binfords and Mort, 1941. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Lyon, Norma Madge; Price, Harold L. Illustrated tan cloth boards; 4to; unpaginated. Near fine copy in a modestly toned DJ, tanned at spine; original price of $1.50 intact; dust jacket now protected by mylar sleeve. One of America's greatest legends, Paul Bunyan had a keen appeal to the Pacific Northwest because of the logging industry, and this is a nice Oregon imprint of the title. Colophon states first edition of which 500 are numbered, this copy is not numbered.
