About This Item
Penguin Books, 1979-01-02. Rebound Leather hardcover. Very GOOD/NONE. 5x0x7. Previous owner took the paperback and had it rebound as a hardcover leather-bound in India. The owner's name is at top of flyleaf where there is a broken gutter and acid-burned flyleaf. The rich brown leather boards now have four raised bands with gilt titles in between them for the spine and each cover has a decorative gilt rope design. Burgundy satin ribbon marker and marbled endpapers. Top page edges are speckled and leading edges have small stains. The book's pages are tanned in the margins.
Synopsis
