Baja California Travels Series 4. Signed by Mathes on title page. This copy from the library of Southwest historian France Scholes, with a (non-author) gift inscription to him and wife Lillith ("for Mama + Papa Scholes") on blank opposite title page. Slight lean to spine; heel of spine, corners of boards, and lower edge of front board lightly bumped; page edges tanned, corners of last few leaves very lightly bumped, tiny spot on rear pastedown. Issued without dust jacket.
