New York: Harper & Row , Publishers, 1929. Clean and tight and square. Sharp corners. Red boards with geometric designs. Gold lettering on the black spine. Matching black edged corners. Brown and white landscape end pages of a horse and wagon headed to a homestead by Chas. R. Gardner. Small tag from Newbegins San Francisco with the price on the inside of the back cover. Penciled in date of 12/31/28. The dust jacket has a little wear and tear along the edges and at the corners. The spine and edges of the flaps have darkened with age. The jacke tis in new mylar.. First Edition. Hardcover. Collectible-Very Good/Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Historical Fiction.
