Northridge, California: Lord John Press, 1980. Limited Numbered First Edition. Cloth & Boards. Near Fine/Fine Slipcase. A handsome Limited Numbered First Edition signed by the author on the limitation page. Numbered 5 of 300 signed and numbered copies. In Near Fine unread condition, some of the gold gilt on the front cover is faded which is puzzling since the rest of the book and the slipcase are in as new condition. In gold cloth and brown boards with gold gilt decorations. The fine slipcase is of beige buckram and is lovely. Includes ten "interviews" with "One's Neighbor's Wife," "The Golf Course Owner," "The Undertaker," and seven other important people in 41 pp.
