Decorated maroon front endpapers, 143 illustrations no marks or inscriptions. Green cloth covered boards with paste down picture of a woman. Gilt titles on front and slightly faded on spine. Watermark on front top right corner which has bleached the colour otherwise just normal shelfwear you would expect to see on a book this age. A fascinating insight to the fifties!
