This edition of Bohn's Standard Library is reprinted from "The Memorial Edition" and contains additional illustrations and various appendices. Edited by his wife, Isabel Burton. Introduction by Stanley Lane-Poole. Two volumes bound in maroon buckram and stamped in gilt. Spines of both volumes are lightly faded. Volume 1, 436 pages with 16 illustrations and 2 maps. Colored frontispiece of Richard Burton in pilgrim's garb. Volume 2, 479 pages with 27 illustrations and 1 map, indexed. There are 48 pages of adds dated July 1898. Both volumes are complete in fine condition with no writing or marks. Books are protected in custom cut clear mylar covers. All books are carefully wrapped and shipped in a box. .
