Signed by Peter Spier. A sixth printing, hardcover, with dust jacket, published by Doublday. Signed, inscribed and dated, by Spier on the copyright page; 'For Carol, Peter Spier, 1984'. A wordless picture book in which two children explore their neighborhood during a rain storm. 10" X 10-1/2", 36 pages. The dust jacket is intact and is not price clipped. Jacket has been protected with a clear, removable cover. One short closed tear at the top edge of the back panel, about 1/2" long. Sturdy illustrated cover boards are flat, the corners are not bumped or worn, no edge wear. No writing, no former ownership marks. No further writing besides the inscription. Pages are intact and firmly bound. This is not a remainder copy, not a library discard. The attached photos are of the copy we have in our inventory.
