Near Fine. Hardcover, 1st Edition. Fine blue boards with title and author in darker blue on spine. Book appears to be unopened - tight tight tight! One small 1/4 diameter circle drawn at top of inside cover with ink pen. Otherwise no marks, stains, etc. DJ has chipping and 3 small closed tears. Price of $2.00 on dj. Harper Magazine: " A masterpiece of suspence....a phantom alibi...vivid writing with few characters and a taut plot. It'll be in the reprints years from now"..
