Near fine. 125p 12mo, frontispiece of author's museum, bound with Handbook & Descriptive Catalogue of the Pacific Museum one of the earliest cons in San Francisco. Jordan displayed dramatic maladies and encouraged people who came to his museum to take tests for healing. Wearing along the bottom edge, otherwise a very good copy in original black cloth.
