Published in an edition of 3,000 copies with the plates destroyed after printing. Printing supervised by Lyman E. Dutton and Carl Hertzog. Longtime book designer and printer Carl Hertzog's monogram appears on the colophon. xiii, [1], 100 plates. Oblong Folio. Includes the usually discarded onionskin dust jacket that has small chip and tears at the edges, losses at the head and spine. Red cloth boards with gold embossed titling to cover and spine, the subject's logo is replicated on the gray endpapers, clean and crisp within. Photograph prints by Charles H. Binion.
