Ballantine Books, 1968. Soft cover. Very Good. 159 pages. Works kept by Picasso at his villa La Californie on the French Riviera, photographed by David Douglas Duncan on site and in the company of Picasso. According to the back cover, this edition, abridged from a larger, hardcover one, omits the black and white catalog, the photographic index, and a final note by Duncan, but contains the complete text and all but six of the original 102 color plates. Photos of the works are preceded by several of the artist in his home. 6-1/2" x 9-1/2" softcover book printed on semi-gloss stock, light shelf wear and a few smudges to wraps. Name of former owner written on half-title, no other writing or marks observed.

Shipping charge may be reduced on some books weighing less than 1 lb to U.S. addresses. International Priority shipping charges may be reduced on books that fit in a USPS small flat-rate box. International Standard (First-Class Package International) shipping charges may be reduced for a second or more books if the total package weight does not exceed 2 lb.
