New York: Peter Fenelon Collier, 1900. First Edition. Hardcover. Good/No. 9.80 x 6.50 x 1.00 inches. This edition of the Pictorial Works of Shakspere was published by P.F. Collier c. 1900 [undated] as an 8 volume set, (I have several of the remaining volumes in my collection for sale). The green cloth covers look nice with gold embossed artwork and titles. Edges of text block are dyed red with black speckles. Frontipiece and tissue are intact. Good condition. The covers show edge wear particularly to the corners which are worn to the boards. The hinges are beginning to crack, but the pages are all intact. The interior pages are unmarked. There is a small abrasion to the front flyleaf.
