Garden City, NY: Doubleday & Company, 1952. Book. Near Fine. Cloth. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Gray cloth covered boards with silver lettering to the spine. This copy is NEAR FINE in a VG, unclipped ($2.75), Brodart protected DJ designed by Earl Oliver Hurst. Exterior is rich. Lettering is bright. Minimal wear around the edges. Inside is unmarked. crisp, and firm with moderate toning near the gutters where the DJ did not cover and the typical moderate toning to the text from this publisher/vintage. Matching dates to the Title and CR pages, but no " First Edition"stated.DJ is bright with minimal sunning to the spine. Assorted modest/moderate chipping to top edges and spine ends. Quite nice. .
