PA: Middle Atlantic Press, 1980. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. First edition. Very good in very good dustwrapper. Very light wrinkle to bottom edge of pages in last 1/3 of book and pastedown, extremely light stain on bottom edge of back panel, slight spine lean, dustwrapper shelf rubbed with some brown spotty soiling on edges, light browning of inside white edges, Clean Text and solid binding.
