About This Item

McClelland and Stewart Limited, 1961. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Dennis Jones. McClelland and Stewart Limited, 1961. 80 pages. Book design by Frank Newfeld. Leonard Knott, a true believer in the free enterprise system, believed that the free enterprise system was in great danger of being destroyed and that often management itself was at fault. Here he exposed the weaknesses and suggested remedies. He believed that with a far-sighted public relations policy, business could help create a sound future in a more stable world. A delightful little book with very '60's graphics on the dust jacket in red, white and blue-grey tones. Similar graphics reproduced inside in black. Dustjacket discoloured and chipped around the edges. Top and bottom of dust jacket spine have been ripped off. Small tear at top of back cover of dust jacket. Covers are in excellent condition. Orange cloth with yellow illustration on front cover. Spine has yellow bands with black printing. Slight black smudge at top of front cover. Corners barely bumped. Interior clean and bright with a tight binding. Collectible vintage copy.. Cloth. Very Good/Good. Illus. by Dennis Jones. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

About Kukuchai Books

Kukuchai Books has been selling books on-line since December 2004. It has been both an adventure and a pleasure to send my books half-way around the world in every direction. An adventure because my books have traveled farther than I ever will. Through their travels I have imagined flying to Japan or Australia or boarding a ship for South Africa. And a pleasure when I receive an e-mail thanking me for a book remembered from childhood or a replacement for a very precious, lost book.Kukuchai Books will continue to provide books for your reading and collecting enjoyment. I specialize in Literature, Collectible, Vintage, and hard-to-find volumes.
