There are a few small, light gray stains to the covers. The dust wrapper is lightly rubbed and the head of its spine & the tops of its folds are creased. 176 pages. Illustrations in color and black & white. Very good <p>First edition.<p>Pal writes about the vandalization of India's art and architecture through the disfigurement of monuments and the thieving and smuggling of art works. He discusses the role played by law enforcement agencies and suggests steps for protecting the country's rich cultural heritage.
