Includes illustrated plates. Pages are moderately marked with pronounced tanning and foxing, plus thumbing. Occasional minor marginalia and underlining. Guttering cracked with exposed netting; text block is firm. Foxing heaviest towards the start and end of the book. Text block edges are uneven. Boards have heavy edge wear, with bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are crushed. Spine is concave and uneven. Boards rather rubbed and marked overall. Gilt is bright.
