[Long Crendon]; Seven Acres Press, 1930., 1930. Hard Cover. LIMITED FIRST EDITION, one of 120 copies only, this copy without limitation number. Octavo, pp. [4], 210, [14] Index etc, printed on Kelmscott hand-made paper. Green laurel wreath motif to dedication leaf; selected initial letters printed in green or red. Tan quarter calf with 5 raised bands, gilt titles to maroon label to spine and decoration in blind to compartments, with floral paper-covered boards. Very minor stain to spine otherwise clean and bright. with no annotation or inscriptions. A Near Fine copy. Haberly (1896-1981), the American poet, teacher and printer, founded Seven Acres Press which produced a small number of exquisitely produced publications, the majority by Loyd himself. Loyd also briefly controlled the highly regarded Gregynog press in Wales in the 1930s. Scarce.
