Vol. II contains: Cath-Loda; Comala; Carric-thura; Carthon; Oina-morul; Colna-dona; Oithona; Croma; Calthon and Colmal; The War of Caros; Cathlin of Clutha; Sul-malla of Lumon; War of Inis-thona; Songs of Selma and Fingal, books I - IV. Illustrated with 5 Full-page Plates. Vol. III contains: Fingal, books V & VI; Lathmon; Dar-thula; Death of Cuthullin; Battle of Lora; Temora; Conlath and Cuthona; Berrathon. Illustrated with 6 Full-Page Plates. Contemporary Light Brown Calf Half-Leather Bindings with Blue Marbled paper-covered boards and Leather corners. Spines have Gilt horizontal divisions. Gilt Titles on Black labels on spines. Top page edges brown, other edges speckled red. 6 1/2" Tall. Vol. I, 243 p. pages. Vol. II, 335 p. pages. Vol. III, 332 p.pages. Some wear and scrapes to leather and some pieces of leather missing from spine ends (see photos ). HInges sound & text blocks firm. No inscriptions, just a very occasional pencil mark in a margin. A browned image of the frontis plate has appeared on the printed title page and the same has happened with the text pages opposite the plates. SOtherwise, pages and Plates in very good, clean condition, only an occasional spot of foxing. Set of 3 books weighs 950g. Size: 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall
