San Francisco: Auerhahn Press, 1964. 1st Edition Limited. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. One of 200 copies of a total run of 205, this an unsigned copy. Printed in in purple and black on Tovil hand-made paper, handset Palatino type. Quarter crushed purple morocco leather spine with paper label, with trace fading of leather purple spine. Bound by Jane Grabhorn and Sally Hoyem. Plain dustjacket has some loss at spine ends, and its spine is tanned and written on it in plain block letters is title/ author/ publisher. Laid-in is ALS on Auerhahn letterhead to a collector from publisher Andrew Hoyem informing collector the title has sold out but which bookseller might still have mutiple copies.
