Leather binding has tree calf boards, gilt trim on spine and edges. All edges gilt. Attractive green and white endpapers. Corners worn, some light wear to spine. Label residue at top corner of front free endpaper. Ink inscription on a front endpaper. Darkened spots pp. 12-13 and p. 349 and rear of plate opposite. Pages 147-158 are loosening.
