This is a handsome, fine binding edition of "The Poetical Works of SIR WALTER SCOTT" - Oxford Complete Edition. 1906; Henry Frowde; London. Beautifully bound in full leather with gilt lettering and accents on the front cover and spine, marbled end papers, and gilt page edges on all sides. "With the author's Introductions and Notes," as well as a frontispiece portrait of Scott.
Condition:
Clean covers; the gilt lettering and red leather on the spine has faded a bit. Sharp cover corners. There is a thin, 1" stain line at the bottom of the spine. Bright gilt page edges on all sides. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Nice interior - the pages are clean and nearly appear unread with only a small, light stain/foxing(?) spot at the lower-outer corner of contents pages v and vi. The ribbon page marker is present but has detached from the spine. Overall the book is in Very Good+ condition.
