A handsome brown leather Limited Numbered First Edition signed by the author on the limitation page and numbered 715 of 1800 Limited Edition copies. Subtitled: Revolution, War and Peace, 1989-1992. James Addison Baker III was Chief of Staff in the President Ronald Reagan's first administration, and Secretary of State in the administration of President George H. W. Bush and as United States Secretary of the Treasury from 1985 to 1988 in the second Reagan administration. He is also the founder of the James Baker Institute. In fine unread condition but for a small scuff on the bottom edge with gold gilt cover designs and page edges, moire silk endpapers and bound-in silk bookmark. 687 pp. including an extensive index. A nice copy.
