The author's theorys of 20th century populism are explored in an historical context with much focus on the Upper Midwest, and particularly on the Minnesota Farmer Labor Party of the 1930's. Contains an index and a bibliography in the rear. Original brown cloth publisher's covers with black spine lettering. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. The dust jacket spine is sunned, but the spine lettering is quite legible; there is a little wear to the jacket, but it is in decent condition. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 220 pages .
