A very good copy. 8 percent of China's population are made up of 55 minority nationalities - over 85 million people. The artist Lunda Hoyle Gill traveled, lived and worked among these peoples. Her portraits of these peoples are accompanied by a consise and informative text by Colin Mackerras which describes the general history, languages, economies, and arts of China's minority nationalities. .
