About This Item
Toronto/Philadelphia: Stevens and Sons, Limited 1914, 5th edition. (hardcover) lxx, 887pp. Very good, no dust jacket. 8vo. Extremely scarce. Gilt title to spine reads, "Smith's Equiity" Heavy. While there are books that offer an analysis of Smith's Principles of Equity, this is the original volume of work. Starting at the front hinge. There are lightly pencilled notations to the back free endpaper and there is some soft wear and light staining to the cover; else is clean and solid. Very nice copy of this classic title..
