York: Ben Johnson & Company. Good. Card Covers. 117 p. 18.5 cm. Sound but slightly cocked binding in illustrated cardstock covers with cloth spine. Corners are rounded. Lower cover has soiling and a little writing. Upper cover has some crease marks and light soil. Previous owner's name and date (1888) on blank page before map. A few pages have some pencilled margin notes and underlining, but overall the pages are clean and unmarked. A 19th century tourist's guidebook to the city of York, England. Illustrated with engravings. .
