Inserted is a flier in Italian (printed on both sides) for an Austrian manufacturer of crowns and dentures, folded once. With a 16-page booklet titled "Il Problema: Del Dentista Coscienzioso. Fare dei lavori migliori riducendone il costo," signed "De Trey & Co. Ltd., Piccadilly Circus, Londra, W.". A handbook on dentures, demonstrating how to measure the mouth and cast dentures using various techniques and instruments, promoting the products of De Trey & Co. Ltd. An undated Italian translation of the English edition, "Impression Taking and Denture Making," which was also translated into French. Accompanied by a second pamphlet by the same English manufacturer on "how to do with the best while reducing the cost.".
