London: Macmillan and Co, 1908. 1st Edition . Decorative Cloth. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Red cloth, covers nice, fine decorative front cover, faded patch at the bottom of the spine. The hinges are in good order, inner hinges are tight. Tidy internally, a few minor foxing spots at the bottom of the title, neat 1908 signature on the half title page. Pages; (4), 408 + 10 page publisher lists.
