R. E. King & Co, 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Remarks. 341 pages. No dust jacket. Green illustrated cloth with gilt titles to spine and front. With illustrated frontispiece. Pages are rather marked with pronounced tanning and mild foxing, plus thumbing. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Slight hinge cracking. Small edge tear to frontis and first few pages. Text block edges intensely tanned and a little uneven. Boards have some edge wear, with pronounced bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are crushed and frayed. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Slight fraying to joints. Spine is noticeably sunned. Boards are slightly bowed. Gilt is bright.
