Canada: Southam, 1957. Book. Fair. Hardcover. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 411 pages. Undated but appears to be circa 1957. Numerous black and white photographic plates. Magazine photo of the founder, Colonel and Mrs. Hamilton Gault, taped to verso of title page - the tape has yellowed and is partially visible through title page. Bit of writing and numerous yellowed adhesive tape marks inside front board where, presumably, another photo was removed. Bit of ink underlining to page xii. Only moderate external wear. Gilt lettering upon spine clearly legible. Binding sound. A handsome copy in red cloth. *PLEASE NOTE: ALL MAPS AND CHARTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND ARE NOT INCLUDED..
